Great blend of sport and reasonable utility

Anyone who is considering an X6 knows that the smart money for utility and value in the BMW lineup is the X5 over the X6. That being said, for anyone who wants an aggressive-looking non-common SUV/SAV and doesnt need to maximize hauling volume, this car is fantastic. The base xDrive35i to me has plenty of zip (but Ill confess I havent been in an 50i or M) and to me gives a great balance between power and mileage. With a full gas tank the range is 448 miles which is a huge plus. It handles very well but of course isnt a sports car or sedan. The ride is comfortable for 4 and tolerable for 5. I was able to fit in 4 adults with 4 sets of golf clubs with relative ease. You can get more in the cargo area than you may initially think. - 5.0

I have had the 50i for a year now and with 445 hp it is exhilarating. I love the imposing, non-conformist body and the luxurious, well appointed interior. Great winter vehicle as well. AWD handles very well in all conditions. I’m now upgrading to the M because I want the T-Rex
